  Ripped off, one year old mower went in for a routine oil change at 25hrs and over $250 and two weeks later I get it back with unneeded parts replaced (blades were less than 6 months old).
  I heave since heard from others of the same experience here, in the car trade it is called over servicing.
  Well you've lost this customer!!!
