  Was very busy as most Telstra shops are.
  People walking in didn't get acknowledged though and thus made people frustrated.
  Maybe greeting people and letting them know they will need to line up
  and what the approximate wait time may be would be helpful.
  
  The kids waiting area was really advantageous to have there, so thank you for that.
  
  Everything I needed was sorted out but I never really do feel like a valued customer. Whether that is because of Telstra themselves or the store I'm not sure.
